In 2009, SKA was awarded the Navy’s SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) contracting vehicle. This vehicle provides for the procurement of Engineering, Financial and Program Management Services for the Navy Virtual SYSCOM Commanders.

- In-service engineering, fleet introduction, installation and checkout support
- Program support
- Administrative support

- Zone 5 – Midwest Region
